Interns 2 Pros, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that cares deeply about the future workforce. Our mission is to connect, inspire, and fully equip diverse high-school and college students for their careers. Cultivating habitual workforce & workplace readiness at every touchpoint is our core focus. In addition, we are driven to close the career awareness, access, employability, and upward mobility gaps that are prevalent today for Generation Z and Generation Alpha. We also support and epuip the parents, guardians, and others who greatly impact the students we serve as well. This is done through the following: *Hosting career exploration & educational events *Connecting students with ultra-quality internship, apprenticeship, and fellowship programs *Serving the historically excluded, underserved & the often forgotten *Implementing robust talent, career, & leadership development programs *Enriching the future talent pipelines & current ecosystems for industries,organizations *Providing timely and timeless resources *Supporting the development of interns & entry-level talent *Mentorship opportunities *Awards for high-performing college students *Awards for impactful professionals & organizations *Providing financial scholarships for college expenses & internship participation costs & more
