The Center’s primary goal is to assist communities to develop the ideas, skills and influence required to play an integral role in improving their overall health and well-being. To accomplish these goals, the Center supports efforts to improve access and use of data, advance and contribute to evidence-based practice, evaluate results and communicate lessons learned to interested sectors and stakeholders.
