A Change of Pace
http://www.changeofpace.comOur mission is to "to encourage, educate and motivate kids to inspire life-long habits towards a healthy lifestyle." We organize running/walking events throughout the Greater Sacramento area. The proceeds from our events are put directly back into the community and help fund free running and fitness programs for kids, particularly those who are at risk for obesity and Type 2 Diabetes. As most public schools have greatly reduced or eliminated PE, it is crucial that we get kids exercising!
