Cal DASP and SS DASP are committed to achieving three goals: A. Build an industry ready, domestic workforce in digital m Media arts and communications industries (including entertainment, manufacturing, communications and digital services) B. Improve educational outcomes for secondary and post-secondary students through coordinated, intentional school change and modernization, teacher training and access to emerging technology C. Increase civic and social capital and interconnectedness among youth through civic engagement using digital media arts Sacramento Sierra Digital Arts Studio Partnership-Mission To implement the California DASP mission, legislative goals and objectives, within the Sacramento Sierra region, through model curriculum development in schools, professional development for teachers, voluntary industry and business partnerships, community relations, public exhibitions (showcases, business related products, public forums) and general expansion of organized digital media applications within the six county region.
