Party Leader
Project Birthday provides birthday parties to children in need in the Sacramento area. To expand our project, serving more children, we need additional party leaders. Party leaders are responsible for selecting gifts for birthday children, coordinating with party sponsors, guiding volunteers through the party. The most critical skills for a party leader are confidence, flexibility, and an interest in helping children. Party structures vary widely and each party is a unique experience. We provide basic training, but encourage party leaders to improvise. Committments can range from montly parties and prep to leading a party once every three to four months. We look forward to working with you to provide more information and supporting you as you make sure homeless children feel special on their birthdays.
