Positive Action Summer Camp
We are seeking volunteers to assist with a week-long summer camp for children entering grades 3rd-6th in Isleton, CA. The camp will be held at Isleton Elementary School from June 18-22 from 9am-12pm and is based around the philosophy that when we do good, we feel good and there is always a positive way to do anything.
We are seeking teen and adult volunteers to assit with games, art projects, classroom lessons, indoor and outdoor activities and supervising free play. We would also appreciate assistance soliciting for donations for arts and crafts supplies, sunscreen, outdoor play/games equipments and snacks.
All volunteers will attend a meeting/orientation prior to the camp to get acquainted with camp staff and plan activities. Date to be determined.
Volunteers must be positive and patient and have the desire to work with children.
The ability to work the entire week is preferred but not required.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus!
