Opportunity Details
Earth Day Project (Miller Park Marina) - Sacramento Valley Spark
The Sacramento Marina is a 475 slip public marina at the southern end of Front Street, nestled behind beautiful Miller Park on the east side of the Sacramento River. As the largest, most convenient and only off-river dockage marina in the Sacramento area, our location is an ideal one for docking boats and enjoying the waterways.
This site will be lead by the Sacramento Valley Spark group. Volunteers will meet their "Team Lead" at 2710 Ramp Way at Miller Park who will provide all PPE and equipment for the clean-up project.
Once you sign up for the event, the volunteer coordinator will contact you to fill out a waiver and collect your t-shirt size if you would like a free shirt donated by the 2020 CreekWeek event.
For any questions regarding the Earth Day event, email Emily McGuire at: EMcGuire@CityofSacramento.org
