Recognition Lead
Recognition Lead: Coordinate and implement year-round and annual volunteer recognition.
• Advocate and champion recognition of the volunteer workforce as a key element for retention and satisfaction.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of annual volunteer recognition events (dinners, gifts, give-aways, etc).
• Implement ongoing volunteer recognition.
Hours: 4 hours per month. Most active during spring event planning phase.
Location: Virtual at this time. May assist at in-person events when/if areas reopen. California Gold Country Region is located in Northern California.
