Sunrise Christian Food Ministry is seeking volunteers to help with our food distribution.

We have operated as a food closet for 38 years in the northeastern Sacramento County area, and we are supporting our community during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

We provide the following tools to our volunteers with their health and safety in mind:

Face masks
Gloves
Handwashing stations
Hand sanitizer
We practice physical distancing

Duties Include:

7:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Boxing food, stocking shelves

9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Boxing food, stocking shelves, sorting food, loading food into client's vehicles

12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Loading food boxes into client's vehicles, boxing food, sorting food, directing traffic, checking in clients
