North Highlands Christian Food Ministry Food Distribution Volunteer
North Highlands Christian Food Ministry, in partnership with Sacramento Food Bank and Family Services, are helping their community by opening their sanctuary as a food distribution center. Volunteers are needed starting on Wednesday, April 15th, from 7:30am until 12:00 noon. Duties include: 1) help with distributing food bags to the public 2) delivering food bags and load to cars 3) help direct traffic 4) double bagging food bags Volunteers are expected to: 1) strictly enforce social distancing 2) wear protective gear to volunteer 3) lift food bags up to 20 lbs.
