Portuguese Park Volunteer Day
Join Councilmember Rick Jennings. Parks Commissioner Devin Lavelle, in partnership with the Portuguese Historical and Cultural Society, for a volunteer day to spruce up our parks on Saturday, May 18th from 9 am to 1 pm. Volunteers are needed for a parks workday at Portuguese Park, 7350 Durfee Way, Sacramento, CA 95831. Equipment and light lunch provided. All we need is you! Wear sunscreen and appropriate clothing. Minimum age to volunteer is 14, minimum age to volunteer with an adult is 3. RSVP requested to parks@devinlavelle.com or call (916) 808-7192.
