Progress Ranch Treatment Services for Children
http://progressranch.orgProgress Ranch Treatment Services for Children is a nonprofit public benefit agency providing residential treatment services for the emotionally troubled child. We hold accreditation by the California Alliance of Child and Family Services and United Way, Calif. Capital Region. Male children from 6-10 years of age are placed by County Social Services and paid from government funds set by the State. Progress Ranch promotes the hope, health and well being of negelcted and abused boys by helping them develop the self confidence and positive feelings that result from belonging to a nurturing family and a supportive community. We believe strongly in mainstreaming, medication only if necessary, psychological evaluations, weekly individual and group therapies and permanence to a family. United Way Certified Agency
