Beautify our Parks
Youth ages 14-21 are invited to participate in a youth volunteer event. Do you like spending time outdoors? Do you want to meet new friends? Join us for youth park clean-up day! Help beautify the City's parks while having fun and spending some time in the sun. Activities may include weeding, tending gardens, picking up trash, etc. Please dress for the weather, wear closed toed shoes, and bring work gloves if you have them. This is a rain or shine activity, but heavy rain will cancel. The project runs from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Also note that all volunteers will need to complete a City of Sacramento Volunteer Agreement form prior to starting work. To simplify the check-in process on the day of the event, it is helpful to download the form and bring it already signed.
