Volunteers Interested in Helping with the County Fire (Yolo County)
Thank you for your interest in assisting our community's response to the County Fire in Yolo County.
The first step to help is to register with us, so we can alert you when we receive updated requests for volunteers. You can also check back here for more information. Thank you for your patience as we work with local leaders and agencies to assess and determine their volunteer needs (if any).
In the meantime: please DO NOT self-deploy as a volunteer. Find an opportunity with a reputable nonprofit or governmental agency, confirm your participation and then follow instructions.
ALSO: Please NO NOT collect items to
donate unless you have confirmed both the need and the destination for the donated items. Financial contributions to reputable nonprofit agencies are preferred.
