Christmas Assistance Intake Interviewing - 2017
We are looking for friendly volunteers who will help with the screening process for Salvation Army's Angel Tree Christmas Assistance Program.
You will help needy families complete a one-page application to qualify to receive food, clothing and toys.
You will be asking them about their children's toy wishes and clothing sizes, as well as checking for verification of income, address. etc.
Good printing/handwriting and attention to detail are important.
Knowledge of Spanish, Russian or Ukrainian can be helpful.
(Saturday, 10/28 only, we will be at Arden Arcade Church, 3927 Marconi Ave, Sacramento, CA 95821. All other dates we will be at our Family Services location at 3213 Orange Grove Ave, North Highlands, CA 95660)
