Food Allergy Heroes Walk

Food Allergy Research & Education (FARE) is the leading nonprofit organization working on behalf of the millions of Americans with food allergies, including all those at risk for life-threatening anaphylaxis. It's 1 in 13 children who currently have a food allergy.

The FARE Walk brings together families to raise awareness and critical funds for people with food allergies. It is a very family-friendly event and the walk is approximately 1 mile. The highlight of the event is the activities and vendor samples that our kids and families can enjoy.

We need help to set up the site, manage kids activities, replenish samples as they are taken, pass out water, and of course break down of the event.

It is a small walk, and we are expecting around 150 participants. It will be fun and fulfilling, but also the activities area will be relatively small so you won't need to do too much heavy lifting! And we are more than happy to provide a certificate of service if you need the service hours for school or work
