Disaster Services: Hands On Sacramento Emergency Volunteer Program
Please sign-up if you are interested in learning more about Hands On Sacramento's Disaster and Emergency Services Program.
In the event of an emergency or disaster, Hands On Sacramento’s Emergency Volunteer Corps will set-up, manage and operate the Emergency Volunteer Center (EVC). The purpose of an Emergency Volunteers Center is to provide a central location to interview, screen, register, and refer potential volunteers to agencies involved with disaster response efforts.
If you are interested in being trained to work in the EVC and/or disaster drills and other disaster-related activities, please sign up below.
You will then be notified of the next Emergency Volunteer training. After attending this training, you will then become a member of Hands On Sacramento’s Emergency Volunteer Corps and able to respond with Hands On Sacramento in disasters.
A confirmation to this initial registration will be sent to you via email, so please be sure your Hands On Sacramento volunteer profile is up-to-date and complete.
